Therapeutic massage
Muscle testing and Tui Na. A standard session focused on finding the source of your pain and treating it.
Manual muscle testing, rhythmic tapping and targeted pressure with Tui Na, and a pain-relieving balm for muscle spasms. One hour focused on a specific problem — not a spa treatment.

People come to me for pain relief, not just relaxation. These are the most common reasons.
By evening, your neck and shoulders feel rock-solid and it’s hard to turn your head. Long hours at a desk, in front of a screen or on your phone.
Aching or shooting pain makes it hard to straighten up after a day of driving or a shift on your feet.
Sharp pain when you turn or bend, and no comfortable position even lying down.
A muscle has locked up and won’t relax on its own — it needs targeted work, not general relaxation.
Headaches start at the back of your head and neck and get worse toward the end of the workweek.
Workouts, physical work, long shifts: your muscles feel tight and overworked and aren’t recovering on their own.
First, I assess your muscles by hand. Then I work on the muscle causing the pain. No gentle strokes “all over the back.”
Before the massage, I test your muscles by hand to see how each responds to resistance. This helps me find the muscle actually causing the pain — often somewhere other than where it hurts.

A Chinese therapeutic technique that uses rhythmic tapping and targeted pressure on the muscle and the points around it. It works deeper than classic massage strokes and restores mobility faster.

If a muscle is in spasm and won’t relax, I add a warming balm to ease pain and tension. This is a separate service, priced at 60 € for a one-hour session.

Every session lasts one hour. Available appointments are shown as soon as you start booking.

The same targeted work, plus a pain-relieving balm to ease pain and tension in a muscle in spasm.
I work on specific segments along the spine, using their connections through the nervous system to release tension that contributes to chronic pain.
A back or full-body massage to improve circulation, ease fatigue and restore muscle tone.
Gentle massage for teens ages 12–18: I work with the nervous system using techniques similar to segmental massage and ease tension in the neck, shoulders, and back from schoolwork, screens, and sports.
Gentle full-body exfoliation and skin care that leaves skin smooth, refreshed and better able to absorb skin care products.
Releases tension in the jaw, forehead and neck, improving circulation and skin tone.
Facial massage plus a mask suited to your skin type, leaving muscles relaxed, skin hydrated and your face looking rested.

“For years, this dream grew in my heart like a child. This training is a deeply important part of my life — the foundation for the new career I’m working toward.”
«I recommend her. Very professional.»
There’s no sign for the massage studio on the building — if you can’t find the entrance, call and I’ll meet you.

You’ll feel the pressure: I’m working on a tight muscle rather than gently stroking your back. But you don’t need to put up with pain — tell me and I’ll adjust the pressure. You may feel mild muscle fatigue for a day or two afterward, like after a workout.
I use my hands to check how a muscle responds to resistance. This shows which muscles are weak and which are overworked — helping me find the source of the pain, not just where you feel it.
Classic massage relaxes the body as a whole. Tui Na is a therapeutic technique that uses rhythmic tapping and targeted pressure on a specific muscle. The goal is to restore the muscle’s mobility, rather than simply spend an hour lying down.
One session relieves acute tension. A chronic problem usually takes a series of 5–10 sessions, once or twice a week — I can give you a more precise recommendation after the first visit, once I’ve assessed your muscles.
Massage isn’t suitable if you have a high fever, acute inflammation, a skin condition in the area being treated, thrombosis or active cancer. During pregnancy, you’ll need your doctor’s approval. If you’re unsure, call before booking.
Nothing. Towels, sheets and everything needed for your session are provided. Wear comfortable clothes and avoid a heavy meal in the hour before your appointment.
Pay at your appointment. You can reschedule or cancel in advance — just call, and we can find another time if needed.
